We have had severe problems with the Eurobet payments system. A BACS payment classed as "sent" never arrived and remained unpaid for three months! Then a cheque, requested because of our lack of faith in their bank transfer system, was still not sent two weeks after being requested and had to be chased several times. A few months after this we had further problems with their payment department on a different withdrawal. First they sent the wrong amount (i.e: a reduced amount). Then when asked for the remainder they blocked the withdrawal for no reason, but only one week after the request! Because these are not isolated incidents it appears that the Coral Eurobet payment department is a total shambles and they are doing nothing to recognise and improve the situation. During these payment fiascos, Eurobet did not respond promptly to messages sent to them. It can take a very long time to reach their customer services by phone (we had to give up several times). The time period over which we experienced the Coral Eurobet payment nightmare was the last six months of 2006.

Obviously prompt and reliable payment is crucial in online bookmaking. There is nothing worse than clients chasing a bookmaker for money - and then not getting a prompt response. We wish we had never got involved with Eurobet and you should learn from our experience and avoid them. We urge you to join Bet365 instead.
